On my 180 MHz PowerMac at 5 seconds/move:

HIARCS 7.0 - failed (draw by 50 move rule)
Sigma Chess 4.02 - failed (draw by 50 move rule)
The King 2.0 - mated in 67 moves
MacChess 5.01 - mated in 21 moves
Screamer 1.0 - mated in 13 moves.

It is ironic that my the freeware programs did better
than the three commercial programs. Shows the dangers
of inferring program strength from a limited set of
problems, I suppose.
