For such testsuites you can do best using finders like LGoliath, King and Fritz. Fine examples are the Rebel contest winners for tactics. The settings do MUCh better than the default, but in normal play they produce much weaker results, sometimes produce absurd moves like exchanging rook for queen without attack or compensation. But the point is to come into such positions! And this can't be tested by 10, 20 50 or even 100 positions.
