I am not sure that is a totally correct statement.
Most test suites I have seen show the scores between
the two pretty close. They just score differently depending
on the type of position.

In this case it takes a long time to see the move,
but there are others for ex BS-2830-07 F5.32 don't solve
but F6 does. Similar in GS-2930.

In this case even one of the best takes more than F5
