Search the archives here. It has been discussed before in this forum. RDRAM might be best for most applications. BTW RDRAM is not superior to PC133 memory on all types of benchmarks (there is a big difference between allround better performance and all around better performance). For applications whose performance depend on getting small amounts of data from random locations in RAM it is still a worse choice. It is like driving a heavy but fast car on an iced slalom coarse. As for 820 I would not touch that chip w. a ten foot pole.
