Simply edit the tcbxinit.cui that you use and replace the "book.pgn" or "tcbbook.pgn" (I do not remember the name) by the path to your opening book. You will find fritz4.pgn on Frank Quisinsky's download page, or you can read the instructions to convert .fbk books to .pgn in the TCB docs (the html files that comes with TCB).
