I'd also like to know, how the number of positions expands, when more
pieces are added:

We define function F:
F(N) = number of possible positions with N chessmen.

F(2) = 36*55+24*58+4*60 = 3612 (right?)
F(3) = ?
F(4) = ?
F(5) = ?
F(6) = ?
F(7) = ?
  ...

F(32) = ?
