No I'm not. :) In fact, I'm fairly certain it's wrong. I posted it merely to

Many years ago, I did this calculation without regard to castling rights or even
side-to-move. I came up with 2127600 possible boards. My posting reflects double
that quantity but (of course), if one king is in check, it can only be that
king's turn to move.
