Well, when so a big difference exist between animal races, yes, surely a correlation exist. But a correlation between the species as such, not between individuals inside each specie. Nevertheless, I agree even inside a race you cannot be average smart -for that race- if you have a too much little brain, too much less than the average of that race. But inside the limits of normality and even somewhat under or above that, there is not a clear correlation. Einstein brain was not bigger but in fact somewhat of lesser size than average. Probable what is esential is the quality of the program you have in your hardware, provided that this last is enough powerful to load it. Let us say you need at least a 486-33 Mhz...
