I think the problem may be with the ASUS. I currently have a FIC 2013 with my
K6-2/350 and a Diamond Monster Fusion which I have been using without a hitch,
yet when I bought an identical setup for my sister with the exception of the
motherboard which was a P5A, the strangest things began to happen. As soon as I
exchanged it for another FIC, the problems disappeared.
