Thanks for the information! I am a Fritz user who is mainly interested in the best move. When I analyze I usually show the three best moves out of curiosity, thinking it would make no difference in time/depth. Now I compared the time taken to reach a given depth and was amazed by the result: Showing best line 113 sec. Showing 3 best lines 420 sec. Curiosity killed the cat!
