Can you explain this move?

After this move all my engines see that it is clearly a draw.
I think that 70...Kh3 is a better move(I am not sure about it because I do not
have the KQP vs KQ nalimov tablebases but the evaluation of Fritz is clearly
wrong).
Can you explain Fritz6a's blunder in this position:
Is it a problem with the autoplayer or with the tablebases or with learning?
