Where's _my_ money?". On the other hand, money going to the GNU organazation would be supporting something that's proven to be very usefull to everyone, but then on the other hand again, not everyone releases their programs under GNU license, so there would be a disapointing selection of programs released on such a CD. One thing _I'd_ like to see, would be programs that are released for free like Winboard offered in smaller packages, so that someone who has to get them from the library's computers has a way to get them home one a floppy disc! As a matter of fact, you only need about 3 files to have Winboard up and working, you need winboard.exe, winboard.hlp, and winboard.ini. And that's all you need, and you'll have a working Winboard on your computer, and that's only 1.22mb, so you can download that at any computer and bring that much home on a floppy! But in order to _get_ that, you gotta download a file that's just over 2100k now. Now that you _can't_ get home on a floppy. So people who don't have internet access are up a creek as far as one of the greatest Chess programs out there goes. And as a matter of fact, I don't need that whole pile of files every time there's a Winboard upgrade, and I also don't see any need for the "installation", that's close to useless. Pete
