Finger notes are exactly the same as "crafty".  I didn't change them as (a) it
takes too much time and (b) at some point scrappy will go back to playing all
comers, once I get enough rating data points to be satisfied that I know how
playing only humans vs playing humans and computers affects the rating and
rating stability.
