Not if he explained in the finger notes that it was just a temporary rating
experiment.

It would take maybe 47 seconds to type the new notes.  Maybe somebody should
volunteer to type them for Bob and post them here so he can just do a cut and
paste into the ICC window.  That should save him a good 22 seconds.  ;)
