I don't know how much time you would want to spend solving this algorithmically,
since there are exactly 5 chessmen on the board.  A simple tablebase lookup will
solve it.  The winning move will be either h4 or Kb1, and I think maybe either
of them will win the game.

I don't have the whole 5 piece set installed, so maybe someone who has it
installed can illuminate.
