Tell that to the ICCA. They think Mark should pay them $1000 in exchange
for the benefit to his business. Tell them they should pay Mark about
$1000 as compensation for his likely damage.

A noble attitude indeed. Any chance of convincing "Hsu and company" to
return us the favour ? I am bracing myself for decades of "if DB had
been there this would have been different".
