Many are complaining here about sportsmanship, unfair competition,
etcetera. But what happened today could have been predicted weeks
ago. If people are blind to protests, negative media attention,
the will of the chess players, then this is the price they will
have to pay.

It is like boxing against the champ: If everybody tells you not to
do it because you get smashed and you still go: Well, then don't
complain afterwards that you actually got smashed.....

Just read a 'worried' message from the sponsor and they are not
amused. Another one who takes up action when the damage is already
done. Why do guys with dollar signs in their eyes always make the
same mistake!?
