No, but it was one of your reasons for why this was a good thing to do.

Yes, that's true. But in this case (based on what Jeroem and others who are more
intimately associated with the players in that country), money was not the main
issue. The main issue was that the players were given no real voice in this
decision and that money and politics were the reasons for that. Does highest
prize fund and front page newspaper articles make up for antagonizing the
players?
