or....

d. He is against playing a computer in the national championship but refuses to
sacrifice the honor of playing in and possibly winning his country's national
championship. Instead he will play in it but simply not play the program.

I think c) is very paranoiac. Do you really think he is out to hurt Morsch and
his team? I think it has nothing whatsoever to do with him.
