There are no restriction like no tablebases in the programs that GMS can buy.
This restriction does not change much because tablebases do not help in most of
the games but if there will be  more restrictions then I believe that
programmers will not want to play.

If the ordinary user does not have to buy something that (s)he does not use.

They will have better hardware in a few years so if they think about the future
and not only about this year then it is relevant.
