This is hardly my responsibility. All I can do is report the situation
that I found.

On the Saturday I turned up for the setting up. I walked twice around
the Bourse, and saw no way in, and no way of finding anyway or anybody.

Just the my mobile phone rang. It was Thorsten. He wondered where I was,
I said outside the Bourse, he looked out of an upper window, and saw me.
At this point, entry was easy. But not before.

This of course is only my experience, others got in beforehand.

But it seems you need a security pass. And these appear to be available
from inside. But you have to get inside first. Catch 22.
Also outside the Bourse is a sign which states that visitor parties are
allowed in by pre-arrangement. In other words, it doesn't appear to be a
place you can just walk in and out of as a spectator.
