I don't like the chesspieces from the ICC interface that much if you like them
you realy like the 3dpieces from chesspartner

But I think so far chessmaster still has the best designed chesspieces
Schreder and Genius actualy the same thing are the second best designed pieces
(But this is all a matter of taste)
I also agree on the point that it is so that the game becomes more clear on a 2d
board but this is not always good when you normaly play in a club you can get
concentration troubles changing back from 2d to 3d pieces.
