I prefer a Porsche, I can drive faster with that car. Why I would use Winboard, CCLient, Freak, Thief ? Because they are better interfaces IMHO. Watch GMs play ? Well, thats a good argument, actually the only good I have heared in favour of I$$. For me personally this is not important, I almost only play bughouse on the net, and there is no decent opposition on I$$, all good bughouse players are on FICS.
