Well, I only got one computer. I'm currently running a Super WB tournament, a few BoC games, a few testgames and constantly setting up new or updated WinBoard engines. Besides that I have a few projects of my own, so my computer is somewhat overbooked. However, I'll try running a blitz match tonight between Yace and another program. Any suggestions? >Because he implements than so quickly.. The biggest problem is probably book learning. There are several ways to do it I think. It would be nice to hear how others have dealt with book learning. Positional learning would also be nice. >Because Chessmaster 8000 with a brand new engine is coming out? Yes. You could get the impression that the settings frenzy is an antidote to going cold turkey on Chessmaster before the new one arrives :o)). >Testing as in tuning various parimeters and running tournaments of Yace Queen+ >vers Yace ss 10 for example? I don't think so.. No, I meant settings tuning within the realms of the Chessmaster GUI and Yace tuning against other WinBoard engines. CrossGUI-testing sounds like asking for trouble due to the lack of autoplay features incorporated in CM6K. Best wishes... Mogens
