I understand now why you thought it might have been attacking him.  "It's a
shame" seems to be an American expresion, and in this case it would mean that
it's regretable, and regretable mostly to those of us who would like to download
his program.

I thought it was a great example of why moderators almost are not needed,
because you saw something that didn't look right, and you stepped forward and
said something about it.  I like that, it shows me that the forum moderates
itselfs because of the members here.
