Another quote of Dollar Bill's circa 1994, when IBM had integrated Internet
access in their OS/2 Warp product should show his lack of vision with the
consumer market:

"IBM really blew it putting Internet access into their new Warp product. There's
no way Joe Six-Pack and family will ever be getting onto the Internet."

Less than a year later, he was scrambling to create a browser for Windows 95,
because once again he was wrong. He is a good copier, and will continue to make
Windows better, so long as their is something to switch to. But back in the days
when there was only DOS, and no competiton, virtually the only thing added to
the product were price increases.
