You could try accessing Functions/Internet settings/ in Internet Explorer(translated from danish, but you should be able to find it). Chose Advanced and check if the Java options are enabled. If that doesn't work, write down the exact name of the file Internet Explorer wants you to install when trying to obeserve games at KC and I'll see if I can help you.
