Tueschen is a strange case. When you come to his posts for the first
time, and then for the next few times, you think; hmmm, this guy is
obviously unbalanced/disturbed/mad, but occasionally says something
sensible. So you engage him in discourse; maybe even with some kind of
crazy idea that you can 'save' him. Many have done this, and no doubt,
unfortunately, will continue to do so.

Then after some weeks, or months, or even years; you see that his stuff
is cyclical. He comes round to the same fantasies again and again and
again. And his fantasies are incredibly cruel and destructive. Mostly he
targets Ed Schroder, with Thorsten as next in line. I get a few
side-swipes, but nothing too serious. The others he attacks in various
mad and unpleasant ways, but these other attacks would be just about
tolerable (for me, anyway).

I think, for most of us, the real problem are the constant lies, smears,
diatribes and slanders against Ed Schroder and Rebel, and Ed's business.
These range from strange sexual fantasies through to just about anything
and everything. they've been going on for over a year. Nothing seems to
be able to stop him, not arguments, not private emails, not court cases,
not ignoring him, not hate, not nothing. I think some people have even
offered olive branches by private email - he just ignores them.

Get involved in the arguments and you'll receive a Tueschen diatribe all
of your own. From this guy, I've never seen a retraction, an apology, a
reformulation of view. He's like the devil behind armour plating.

Now. most of the people on the group of 9 either grew up in the european
marxist fog, or have deep rooted christian convictions or whatever.
Mostly they operate in the kind of libertarian/marxist/christian fog
that permeates 20th century liberal thought. This group is aware of the
issues of personal freedom, exclusion of an individual, banishment to
siberia and so on that are involved. The problem for such liberals is
how to deal with somebody who behaves so anti-socially, so evil-ly as
someone as Tueschen. Unfortunately there is a time when patience, and
belief that somehow he can be socialised, ceases.

When we made this CCC group, it was largely to create a forum that
couldn't be destroyed by Tueschen and, occasionally, his idle
supporters. So we built it as a free-access forum, where even he could
get access. The fact that he abuses this by feigning occasional
interest, or just reading to get information; which then results in more
attacks and lies and insults over on rgcc; led us to the view that we
were no longer prepared to tolerate him in this 'club'.

I, personally, am aware that this is a finely balanced moral issue; with
issues of personal freedom and power on the one side and his appalling
behaviour on the other. We came, with an overwhelming majority, to the
decision to exclude him. Its not clear cut, there are arguments on both
sides. But we decided he was to be out.

Again, personally, I hope that this process leads to his removal or
withdrawal from rgcc as well.
