Is Bob an expert? Yes.

Is Bob a good chess programmer? Yes.

Is Bob well-regarded? By many people, yes.

Does this make Bob one of the top 5 chess programmers? Not in my opinion.

I am facing facts, and I also have an opinion, which is valid.
