Endings like this I think occur often enough to justify the
doubled pawn codes. Could prevent an embarrising moment for a
programmer in tournament event.

The source for this problem (Chess Life - Tal Shaked issue)
claims a draw for Kd5 with b7-b5! (thus the point of a4).
It doesn't however give any further analysis.
