The games with Doctor indicate that he used a Chessbase program like Fritz or
Hiarcs interface.  I think TSCP would work through that with a winboard adopter,
just use one of the other program's init file to pattern you tscp.init file
after, see this page http://amateurschach.in-trier.de/gambit/gambit.htm and use
one of those online translators.
