I don't particularly like the "mine is bigger than yours" arguments.  In
this
case there is not data to support the claim.  Info from ICC:

from your history, you have 2 wins 3 losses against moonshot
(a crafty clone), 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses against crafty ierself,
1 loss against singacrafty. to pick out but 3 opponents.

While I don't doubt Hiarcs is a good program, your results don't support
the "significantly stronger" comment.  Other data might indicate this
for
all I know, but comparing results and ratings on ICC doesn't do it...
