I plan to join Groningen, the most nothern part of netherlands, and i want to get an IM norm there or the next tournament in januari. that's end of this year /start of next year. This is the most closest as you can get to Sweden in Netherlands. They speak a different kind of dutch there actually. It's 200 KM north from here, i live in the centre of netherlands. I have problems understanding people that speak slang dutch there, i have way less problems with 40 KM to the east, that's the german border. German is easier as that :) Americans won't be able to imagine that i bet.
