Seems the ICCA is sort of like a computer accounting firm that does their own books using nothing but pen and paper ledgers. There has been this recent invention called the world-wide-web which can actually be used to electronically transmit text and images. It would be kind of neat if the ICCA could use this invention to provide the results of the matches. In order to drive on the "information superhighway" it is necessary to turn the key in the ignition. Or so I am told.
