Seems the ICCA is sort of like a computer accounting firm that does their own
books using nothing but pen and paper ledgers.

There has been this recent invention called the world-wide-web which can
actually be used to electronically transmit text and images. It would be kind
of neat if the ICCA could use this invention to provide the results of the
matches.

In order to drive on the "information superhighway" it is necessary to turn the
key in the ignition. Or so I am told.
