People have the right not to participate in a tournament and they do not need to give you reasons. He did not complain about money. He was simply asked for the reason and explain that this was the reason. He has the right not to play even if there is no problem of money. He has also the right not to release his program as an engine for chessbase and you should respect his decision. Uri
