The positions are described in EPD (Extended Position Description).
You can find the complete EPD description as part of the PGN
standard.
You can also use my program EPD2diag for reading/creating this
flags correctly. Have a look at http://www.rebel.nl/epd2diag.htm
for more details. Around next Sunday I will release the newest
version V1.3. With this new version you can also edit almost all
EPD opcodes.
