My opinion: elos are relly not inflated, but they account for a greater
knowledge that, of course, old players could have also if they would live today.
That means: Alekhine is 2695, but after he would have studied modern knowledge
he would be performing at 2795, for example. Firscher of 1972 would perform at
2785 today, but, after having studied, he would probably be 2900+
