Yes it's true, but the DLL of Chess Tiger 13.0 (or Gambit Tiger 1.0) is not
compatible anymore with the Tiger 12.0 DLL.

You can use any Winboard engine under the Rebel-Tiger II GUI.

But you cannot play Tiger against a Winboard engine directly under the GUI.

We do our part by providing compatibility with the standard engine interface
(Winboard) in our GUI.
