Sid NEVER lost money. He was a multi-millionaire. When Fidelity was heading down the tubes, he sold the company to Mephisto for (if I remember correctly) 12 million dollars, and then Mephisto paid him to run the company for 3 or 4 years. He could afford the best lawyers ion the world. Steve
