I am interesting to know how much time do chess programs need to find Qe6
that is probably a winning move because of the line Qe6 h5 Ng5+ Kh8 Qf5 and
black is in real trouble(for example Qxa2 Re7).

Programs without the luck of being called gambit tiger may need many hours to
find Qe6 so please give them time.

I am interested to know the score of programs that prefer a different move
because I am not sure in 100% that Qe6 is the only winning move.

I am also not sure in 100% that the black is losing in the position that
kasparov resigned(I believe that black is losing but I think that the decision
to resign was too early and it is better to resign only if you sure that you are
losing and advantage of rook against a knight is not a good reason to resign
when there are queens on the board).
