More information:

* Incase there is a tie for first place , I will leave it to the winning
programs to decide how they wish to proceed. They can choose to share the title
or fight it out at a date/time that is agreed upon.

* If a program disconnects he is giving reasonable time to connect
again (a couple of minutes). If he fails to do this the game will
be forfeited for the disconnected program. If a program disconnects
more that three times during one game it might get forfeited.

* It is unfortunately impossible to guarantee that every program will
get exactly four white and four black games. Therefore, no protests
about one program getting more black than white games will be
  taken into consideration.

* Only the author (or co-author) or someone appointed by the author
is allowed to participate in this tournament. The author is
  responsible for the appointed person.

* As for the hardware, you are free to use what ever you want.
It would be impossible to try to get all participants use the
same computer-power and to make sure that they do.

* Only original programs are allowed and ABSOLUTELY NO CLONES.
