Yes, and there are alot of interesting tweaking possibilities in Century 3.
You could create additional personalities, just like in CM. Here are the
 different Century parameters:

 1) Different piece values
 2) King Safety
 3) Mobility
 4) Pawn Structures
 5) Passed Pawns
 6) Pins
 7) Bishop Pair
 8) Chess Knowledge
 9) Attractiveness
 10) Attacking
 11) Strength
 12) Draw Contempt
 13) Selective Search
 14) Search Technique

Just go to your Century 3 folder - then Personal - then create a new textfile,
rename it to something of your choice, i.e. Kramnik.eng - then start the
C3 program and adjust the parameters for your created "Kramnik.eng". Voilá!
Besides personalities that have a totally different playing style, furiously
attacking like "Storm" (which I have renamed to "Alekhine", you also have
the challenge to beat the original C3.eng. At the moment the created "Lore"
seems to have good chances of just doing that! This "Lore" I have renamed
to "Kramnik". This is interesting and fun! Like a box of chocolates...:)
