Go up one level in this thread
This was exactly ONE of the options I would like to ask for. On the other hand, I have no idea if Reiner allows this or if the participants have been chosen so far. I am not sure I it is possible for them to add 1 or 2 prg's. It is up to the guys organizing the thing. The question is: If it is allowed to participate althoug it is late, what about the MACHINE ? Do they have machines ? Shall I bring my PC with me (I have a 200Mhz k6, not very fast, but also not very slow.) >Do you mean you could operate yourself a program if the author cannot go >to Paderborn? If it is allowed. If Reiner Feldmann can do it. If they have machines or if I can bring my machine with me. I have taken holiday for this tournament. SO I am free !! > >If this is the case, I would be very pleased if you could operate the >new beta version of Chess Tiger at Paderborn. I have no information >about the participating conditions, but I'm looking for a good >tournament, because I was very disapointed with my result in Paris, and >I think I have a much stronger version now. But I live far away from >Europe... :-) I am living in germany ! When I am right we are the reason some people on some islands somewhere in the world will get wet feet because the water-level increases due to our pollution and the global-heat-increase !! :-( > >Are you interested? As I understand, you live in Germany... I am interested. Can you ask the organisators in germany/paderborn using email if your program would be allowed to participate IF you have an operator. Would you also ask for machines ? YOu can get the link on the gambit-soft site. It is Rainer Feldmanns home-page. IF you have an ok, we can email ?! my adress is mclane@prima.ruhr.de. When I am right you had the room next to ours (Peter Schreiner and me) in Paris ?!? So you must have had the great opportunity to listen to Marty Hirsch calling any night to Paris ??!! :-) > > > Christophe
