I don´t know what you think about this "affair" , but personally i think it´s one of the sadest moments in the history of computer chess. One is accusing the other , lawyers are needed to solve these problems and we have to pay the courts for something that could be described as: "gimme back my baby-doll..." ... One guy operated a program , the other guy lost due to good play / good opening of the accused guy. Maybe the accused operator made some sluggish comments about it , but that´s all... The next thing Millenium will do is to accuse God for allowing the birth of programmers that dare to write chess programs that are able to beat shredder :)) For the involved parties there is a lot money at stake , but i can´t help myself , i find the situations both amusing and frightening...
