You will be lucky to find a Sponsor who will put up a least $50,000 for such
encounter, but what if Kasparov accept the previous challenge to play Shredder
5? but still nobody will come up with a purse big enough to encourage Kasparov
or the Current FIDE Champion to put their reputation on the line.

PS: Now Anand might be generous enough to show the World that P.C Chess programs
are not there yet. Rebel won several Blitz matches against Anand back in 1997 I
believe, but not in Tournament Time Control.
