No, you didn't. My post also, is in the form of a question.
If Millennium would ANSWER THEIR EMAIL I would have asked them.

Then, it will be the programmer's responsibility to conform to this standard.
I understand. But let's not have a situation, which existed once with another
GUI, in which at least one major programmer WAS NOT AWARE of a problem, after
he thought he HAD conformed to the GUI's standard.
