Dann: I more or less know about this guy Dieguez and you can believe he is probably 1 in 100 programmer. He is just a kid studing engineering in the best enginnering university of my country, an elite-elite place where the best boys of every crop goes into. I do not know for certain, but he is probably a 19 or at most 21 years old kid. And only boys in the highest 99 percentile in the normal curve of academic talent measured by an special test go there.
