What question are we asking?

What's the fastest car in the world? The answer is not a Ford or even a
Ferrarri. It's a rocket powered vehicle that can break the sound barrier.

If we are asking "What is the fastest stock car?" Or "What is the fastest
open-wheeled race car?" then the answer might be "Ford" or "Ferrari"

The WCCC is designed to discover the strongest chess machine on the planet. If
we force them to work on the same microcomputer, we cannot answer the question.
