Subject: WAC #199 and WAC #273

Author: Ernst A. Heinz

WAC #199
FEN r1br2k1/pp2nppp/2n5/1B1q4/Q7/4BN2/PP3PPP/2R2RK1 w - - 0 1
solutions = Bxc6 Rfd1

From iteration #10 onward DarkThought sticks with Rcd1 and
gives it a score of +4.3. What do other programs say? Is Rcd1
just a transposition or a new side solution?

WAC #273
FEN 2k4B/bpp1qp2/p1b5/7p/1PN1n1p1/2Pr4/P5PP/R3QR1K b - - 0 1
solution = Ng3+

Up to iteration #12 DarkThought prefers the given solution with
a score of +6.5 but then it switches to g3 with an even higher
score. What do other programs say? Is g3 a new cook?

Maybe we should also publish an "official" WAC version because
there seem to be different ones around with various cooks
already included ...
