USCF states that your rating is "provisional" (which can be understood to be
"not even remotely statistically accurate") until you have played 20 USCF rated
games. You should probably continue, then, until you have played 20 rated CM
games (preferably, against as many opponents as possible). Once you have reached
that point, I would venture to say that you CM rating would be very likely to be
within 100 points of your USCF rating (in either direction).
